JOB SUMMARY

As a result, VBA is seeking to recruit an analyst who will divide responsibilities between business and quality analysis. This individual will be responsible for offering software application support, encompassing tasks such as business analysis, data analysis, quality assurance testing and help desk support for diverse software applications. The incumbent will review, analyze, and evaluate user requests, coordinate and monitor requests to a successful resolution and document business requirements for projects of any size. Due to the dynamic nature of this role, the incumbent must be comfortable in shifting work priorities and proactively anticipating business needs while taking personal ownership of the outcome.
