 The Outbound Customer Engagement Specialists serves as the first point of contact for our warm outbound lead generation campaign. This role will focus on engaging via outbound phone calls and text messages with warm leads who have expressed interest in our services through online platforms. The primary responsibility will be to connect with potential customers via phone, build rapport, and schedule appointments for our sales professionals to close at a later time.

This is an entry level position that does not require any previous sales experience. This position also offers a pathway to becoming a full service sales professional.
