Personal Assistant (Full-time)

We are looking for 2 Personal Assistants in different locations: Coral Gables, FL, and Minneapolis, MN.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $50,000 per year + benefits (401k & health insurance)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support, focusing primarily on personal tasks (80%) and business-related tasks (20%). This role requires someone who is reliable, discreet, and resourceful, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
