• Attends design meetings and interacts with clients at his or her level of experience and work with client managers to develop client relationships.
• Direct responsibility for projects, and leading a team in the development of schematics, plans, and specifications for transportation projects.
• Perform work involving the application of conventional aspects of roadway design.
• Builds and maintains relationships with others on the project teams: works collaboratively to ensure that technical, quality and client requirements are implemented on projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering or science field.
• 5+ years design engineering experience working on municipal infrastructure projects, and/or county and state roadway projects.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of Texas.
• Valid TX driver’s license and insurable driving record.
