Drive full-cycle recruitment for our clients across multiple industries, focusing on mid to senior-level positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process
• Source and screen candidates using modern recruitment tools
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments
• Maintain candidate pipeline and ATS
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements
• Provide market insights and salary benchmarking

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of recruitment experience
• Experience with ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
