Senior Vice President/General Counsel

Community Hospital Corporation (CHC), a DFW Top 100 Employer, is seeking a Senior Vice President/General Counsel reporting to the CEO and President of CHC to be responsible for leading the CHC corporate legal department with a focus on hospital operations, contracting, corporate governance, risk management, strategic business development, and other general corporate matters. The SVP/GC provides senior management with effective advice on company strategies and their implementation, assisting them to solve business problems while addressing issues of compliance and risk management. The SVP/GC manages and oversights all legal functions, including the work of outside counsel.
