Reporting to the Sr. Director of Hospitality, the Sr. Operations Manager, Hospitality is responsible for the day-to-day success of personnel and operational process. They will coordinate, facilitate and report on; operational performance, safety performance and company policy adherence. Additionally, they will lead and execute process improvement initiatives. The Sr. Operations Manager, Hospitality will oversee Hospitality Operations. In doing this they will partner with the Client Relations Team, Revenue, People & Culture and Finance Team.

The Sr. Operations Manager, Hospitality will assist in the development of current service locations and new account rollouts.
