We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven VP of Sales to lead our sales organization and drive revenue growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan, building strong client relationships, and expanding Thatcher’s market presence within the Direct Selling industry.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the direct selling space, a deep understanding of value-based selling, and a track record of driving consistent revenue growth.
