Youth Sports Coach

At Youth Athletes United we believe that every child is an athlete - that means our coaches are fun, energetic, well-organized, and love giving young children the time of their lives playing soccer, baseball, golf, and tennis.

We invite you to develop your leadership and communication skills with us, while entertaining kids through the joy of playing sports! This role requires a positive attitude, great adaptability, and simply the desire to put smiles on the faces of kids.

This part-time role has a starting rate of $21-$25 per hour (depending on experience) and allows you the flexibility to set your preferred schedule!

Our curriculum focuses on teaching kids to care for their physical and mental health through non-stop movement and engaging physical fitness activities. With a motto of Sports, Fitness, and FUN - JumpBunch of NW and SW Pittsburgh is looking for coaches who want to do just that.

We work with ages 18-months to 12 years old, provide lessons to over 75 different sports and fitness activities year-round! JumpBunch provides the equipment and lesson plans…all you need is a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of kids!

This is a part-time position!

Hours vary each day but range anywhere from 9:00am - 7:00pm. There is a lot of room for flexibility to have a schedule that works for you!

Amazing Athletes and Super Soccer Stars are looking for a fun and energetic sports coach!

This part-time position will work with children ages 2-6 years old and be responsible teaching classes in the mornings from 9:00-12:00 at multiple preschools and daycare centers. Afternoon availability from 3:00- 4:30 a plus! Our programs come with ready made curriculums and extensive training to help you get up to speed quickly and enjoy working with the kids!

Both programs are under the same ownership so our coaches are responsible for learning both our Amazing Athletes multi-sport as well as our Super Soccer Stars curriculum so they can teach either program on at any given time.

Requirements

• 18+ years of age
• Reliable vehicle to travel to...

• Be the face and the front line of Super Soccer Stars in each class - interact with parents, teachers, directors, and children daily.
• Assist/teach energetic and motivating classes, connect and challenge each child, and help them to accomplish motor development goals and inspire a love of movement and healthy habits in an organized, structure, and fun manner.
• Effectively and clearly communicate issues to the office and provide solutions.
• Showing up on time to class, physically and mentally prepared (includes commuting time).
• Equipment set-up and break-down.
• Provide hands-on individual and group attention to children.

Requirements

• Own reliable transportation and willing to travel up to 45-minutes one-way to get to class locations.
