Jr Recruiter

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment team. In this role, you will assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, and screening candidates for various positions within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition and a strong understanding of HR practices, as well as experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruitment manager to understand staffing needs
• Utilize various sourcing methods including social media, job boards, and networking to attract potential candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings and employee evaluations to assess candidate qualifications.
• Manage candidate applications through our ATS, ensuring all information is accurately recorded.
• Assist in coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Support the recruitment team in other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques and talent acquisition strategies.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems is preferred.
• Strong social media management skills to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records throughout the recruitment process.
• Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is advantageous but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
