Job Description
The Assistant Director of Respiratory will assist in managing and coordinating the activities of the respiratory therapy department. You will be responsible for overseeing the respiratory therapists, ensuring quality patient care, implementing policies and procedures, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
- Current state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist
- Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field preferred
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
