Edco - Product Development Specialist

Widger Talent is excited to announce an opening for a Product Development Specialist to join the fantastic team at EDCO! In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our innovation process, working closely with our creative minds to develop and enhance our unique products.

Your days will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, diving into market research, and gathering valuable feedback from our customers to make product ideas come to life. We’re looking for someone who is passionate, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a fun and dynamic work environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting in the development and execution of product strategies that align with Edco's mission and goals.
• Collaborating with designers, engineers, and marketing teams to drive the product development process from ideation to launch.
• Conducting market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings.
• Gathering, analyzing, and implementing customer feedback to improve existing products and services.
• Helping create product documentation, including specifications, user guides, and training materials.
• Participating in product testing and providing insights to refine features and usability.
• Contributing to cross-functional team meetings with insights and ideas that drive product success!

Requirements

What we're looking for:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Development, or a related field is a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience in product development or project management.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a positive and approachable attitude.
• A passion for innovation and creativity — we love new ideas!
• Familiarity with product management software and tools is a plus.
• A self-starter who can manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
