Full-Time Physical Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled full-time Physical Therapist to join our Orthopedic Outpatient Office in West Los Angeles. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference by providing expert care throughout every stage of the rehabilitation process—from prevention and diagnosis to recovery.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Build strong relationships with patients to create personalized care plans tailored to their needs and goals.
• Therapy Delivery: Manage a one-on-one patient caseload in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• Rehabilitation Planning: Design and implement comprehensive, evidence-based rehabilitation programs to optimize patient recovery.
• Non-Surgical Solutions: Help patients reduce reliance on medications by exploring alternative, non-invasive treatments.
• Wellness Integration: Develop individualized fitness and wellness plans to support long-term health and recovery.
• Quality Care: Deliver patient-focused interventions to track progress and ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Education: Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Active California Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• Experience: At least 2 years of clinical experience with a focus on hands-on care.
• Skills: Expertise in manual therapy and proficiency in EMR systems (preferably WebPT).
