Charismatic Youth Soccer Coach

With 20 years of experience, Soccer Stars provides a one-of-a-kind, age-appropriate curriculum designed to enhance soccer skills, boost self-confidence, and foster socialization. Our program is the favorite choice for children ages 2-12.

If you truly enjoy being around children and feel enthusiastic about teaching games and skills in an upbeat manner, this might just be the perfect opportunity for you! You'll have the freedom to infuse your personality into our structured classes, leading activities in a recreational sports environment with children. Plus, you'll be equipped with handy pre-written lesson plans and video resources, allowing you to focus on what truly matters: the joy of helping children develop their social skills and teaching them the basics of the game—all while having a blast!.

We are looking for both lead and assistant coaches. Lead will be the main instructor of their assigned classes. Lead instructors will most commonly have at least one assistant coach with them.

Job Type: Part-time

Work setting: In-person

Compensation: Pay ranges from $20-$28 per class/hour based on experience and role(assistant vs. lead)

Expected hours: 10 – 20 hours per week

Various shifts available, the following general time frames are our current needs and can be discussed further during the interview process:

• Monday-Friday 3:30pm-8:00pm(actual time of classes will vary)
• Monday-Friday 9:00am-11am(actual times of classes will vary)
• Saturdays and Sundays 8:30am-12:30pm(actual time of classes will vary)

Requirements

• Be the front line of Super Soccer Stars in each class - Interacting with parents, teachers, directors, and children on a daily basis.
• Conduct/assist classes in an organized, structured, and FUN manner.
• Show up on time and prepare for each class (physically and mentally).
• Posses patience and attentiveness
• Ability to transport equipment as needed (lead coaches)
• Coaching/teaching/childcare: 1 year (preferred)
• CPR Certification (preferred)
• Ability to commute: Denver, Englewood, Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Greenwood Village, Centennial
• Future locations include Lakewood, Parker, Castle Pines, & Roxborough Park
• 16 years of age or older
• Willing to undergo a background check in accordance with local law and regulations
• Ability to work weekends and occasional holidays
