Aretum is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Program Control Analyst (Contingent) to join our dynamic team. In this entry-level position, you will be supported in your growth and learning while assisting in financial management and reporting processes integral to project success. As a Junior Program Control Analyst, your contributions will help ensure effective budgeting, forecasting, and financial accuracy for our government contracts.

Responsibilities
- Schedule and organize meetings with various program offices, capture and document meeting minutes and action items, distribute action items to participants, and track their resolution.
- Assist in monitoring program control reporting requirements, including work breakdown structure mappings, integrated master schedule updates, risk registry updates, and Earned Value Management (EVM) requirements and analysis.
- Track program policy and correspondence provided to key government entities such as the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), DHS, Government Accountability Office (GAO), and Office of the Inspector General (OIG), ensuring compliance with federal policies and regulations.
- Support the CPIC process by assisting with annual OMB Exhibit 300 reporting, monthly IT Dashboard reporting, and updating CPIC-related standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist with the implementation and integration of performance metrics across projects and programs, including meeting INVEST and Probability of Project Success Report requirements.
- Define and integrate schedule activities for stakeholders, maintain and update project schedules, and provide quantitative and qualitative analysis of schedules, incorporating findings into status reports and other relevant documentation.
- Support the tracking, monitoring, and communication of all cost, schedule, and technical performance measures, ensuring they are consistently integrated.
- Track and maintain essential project data, including key performance metrics, project risks and mitigation plans, project funding, budget and obligation plans, project requirements and verification plans, and status of achievements. Manage historical program documents, integrate contractor deliverables, and handle related materials.
- Support the tracking of industry requirements towards system accreditation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience
- Proven experience in project management or program control support.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Understanding of federal policies and regulations is a plus.
