Estimator

The Estimator will be responsible for working with the Sales Team to come up with accurate quotes on jobs that are presented to them.  They are to use any plans, blueprints, or materials list along with the costs of the materials to get the best price for our customers.  The Estimator should be proficient in mathematics, statistics, and data analysis.

1. Perform the 6E’s during every customer encounter.

3. Commit to following our Standard Operating Procedures 100% of the time.  
4. Follow the Training and Recertification Training Process and Career Path process by receiving quarterly touch-bases and annual assessments. 

1. Participate in the operating rhythm to drive the team’s engagement and development.  
1. Attend the Weekly Level 10 Team Meetings.  
2. Participate and receive the required amount of monthly training per Team Member.  {2.5 hours in 2024}.  
3. Compile and record actual costs.
4. Determine the key variables of costs as it relates to forecasting and budgeting.

1. Use cost of materials and labor to derive a stable GP for each job.
2. Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to ensure completion of all duties and tasks.

1. Collaboration with the Sales team to ensure that estimates are accurate.
2. Use data to prepare detailed cost and risk analysis.

1. Innovate the External Customer Service Experience
1. Complete estimates within the 24-hour service window
2. Maintain relationships with all contractors/homeowners by providing accurate and on time/complete estimates.
