‘Tween Water Resort and Spa on beautiful Captiva Island is now hiring experienced Host staff for all shifts. We are looking for friendly, courteous and reliable people with excellent customer relation skills to join our dynamic team. Successful candidates will have the ability to remain calm and professional at all times in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Open Table software and basic POS knowledge a huge plus!

Job Description:

• Must enjoy interacting in a fast-paced environment
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Ensure the timely greeting of guests
• Answer phones in a polite and professional manner
• Accurately make reservations and take orders for take-out dining
• Work closely with front and back of house managers to direct and control the overall flow of the restaurant
• Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance
• Contribute to a positive team environment

** The pay rate is negotiable depending on experience**
