Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of personalized treatment plans developed by the physical therapist.
• Provide direct patient care, helping patients with exercises, stretches, and therapeutic activities.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate with the physical therapist to adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with the documentation process.
• Educate patients on exercises and techniques to facilitate their recovery.
• Full time, On-site position out of our Largo and Palm Harbor offices,

Qualifications:

• Current PTA License in the state of Florida.
• Strong understanding of orthopedic conditions and therapeutic exercises.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience is a plus but not required.

Requirements

Must have 1-2 years of outpatient orthopedic PTA experience.

Must work well with others.
