Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Trainer to augment our Program Operational Procedures and Training Process. This role involves providing technical assistance and consultation services for the development and revision of instructor-led and computer-based training, as well as updating the Program’s instructional materials.

Requirements

• Develop and revise instructor-led and computer-based training using Articulate Storyline 360 and other instructional methods.
• Create and edit content for work instructions and user guides.
• Conduct research and analysis to evaluate system and procedural changes impacting instructional materials.
• Coordinate with operational and support processes to ensure timely and accurate creation or revision of training documents.
• Work closely with agency executive and managing sponsors, technical and functional staff, and contractors.
• Demonstrate proficiency in training development applications such as PowerPoint and Articulate Storyline 360.
• Provide quality assurance and technical assistance in the development and revision of instructional materials.
• Attend and lead meetings related to assigned projects, providing agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of three years of experience developing instructor-led and computer-based training.
• Proven experience working with Articulate Storyline 360 and creating eLearning videos.
• Strong ability to write technical instructions and develop engaging, understandable content.
• Experience coordinating review and approval processes for training documents.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and knowledge base software.

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
