Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Valet Supervisor to lead our valet team. The ideal candidate will have previous valet experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to oversee and improve operations. As a Valet Supervisor, you will ensure exceptional guest service, manage a team of valet attendants, and ensure the safe and efficient parking of vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily valet operations to ensure efficient and smooth service.
• Train, mentor, and motivate valet attendants to ensure high-quality service standards.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor the flow of traffic and coordinate with valet attendants to optimize parking efficiency.
• Maintain the safety and security of vehicles and the valet area.
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed.
• Assist with scheduling and ensure proper staffing levels.
• Conduct regular audits of vehicle conditions and ensure the valet area remains clean and organized.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a valet parking attendant with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
