Customer Support Specialist

Timberloft Cottages, one of the top-rated cottage rental companies in the area, is seeking a friendly and helpful Customer Support Specialist to join our dedicated team. Our company offers cozy cottages and cabins that provide our guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay near popular attractions such as downtown Alpine Helen, Unicoi State Park, and Anna Ruby Falls. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service and assistance to our valued guests.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our cottages, availability, rates, and amenities through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat
• Assist guests with the reservation process, including answering questions, processing bookings, and resolving any issues or concerns
• Address and resolve complaints or issues raised by guests promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any operational challenges
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to guests
• Follow up with guests after their stay to gather feedback and ensure their satisfaction

Requirements

• Prior customer service experience in the hospitality industry preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with guests
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in using reservation software and handling online bookings
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings as required
