Transportation Specialist

Position Overview
MedMove of Georgia is seeking reliable and compassionate Transportation Specialists to join our non-emergency medical transportation team. As a Transportation Specialist, you will play a vital role in safely transporting clients to and from medical appointments and other essential destinations. This position is ideal for individuals who are courteous, flexible, customer service-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport clients to and from scheduled appointments and destinations.
• Assist clients with mobility aids, including wheelchairs and walkers, as needed.
• Ensure client safety and comfort during transport.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with clients, their families, and care providers.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts, reporting any issues promptly.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and HIPAA privacy regulations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and follow schedules promptly.

• Motor Vehicle Record: Must have a clean driving record.
• Background Check: Pass a comprehensive background check.
• Drug Screen: Negative drug screen required.
• Availability: Flexible to work Monday through Sunday, including weekends and holidays as needed.Part-time and Full-time positions available.This is a 1099 contractor position.
• Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent customer service.
• Reliability and Flexibility: Punctual, adaptable, and able to manage varying schedules.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to assist clients with mobility aids and sit for extended periods while driving.
