A well established Title Insurance firm is looking for an experienced Underwriter/ Sr. Title Officer. Candidates must be able to handle residential work as well as multiple facets of complex commercial deals. Must have the ability to clear title, read title, work policies, provide excellent client service, as well as develop relationships with clients, lenders, surveyors etc…

Requirements
Qualifications:
- 5 Years or more related experience (recent) as a Title Officer, Underwriter or Underwriting Counsel.
- Strong working knowledge of Title Insurance operations and related laws andregulations.
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
