ENVY is currently seeking a Data Entry Specialist. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for efficiently entering, updating, and managing data related to various direct marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, the ability to work quickly, and a knack for multitasking. You will be working with multiple reports, ensuring that data is accurately entered and organized to support marketing efforts and business objectives. A strong working knowledge in other MS Office programs (Excel, Word and Outlook) is preferred.

Responsibilities:-

Process orders, invoices, clearance requests, data counts, and samples to meet campaign production deadlines.

Become fluent in the language and processes of direct marketing.

Support the senior members of the Acquisition Services team on their accounts.

Provide timely communication with team members regarding status of orders as a regular best practice.

Prepare and code orders for billing/invoicing using data processing reports to create accurate billing.

Requirements

In addition, our "ideal candidate" has the following skills & experience:

High School Diploma required, Associates degree preferred.

1-2 years’ experience in a data entry, and/or office-related environment is preferred.

Knowledge of MS office products such as Excel, Word and Outlook a plus.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Multitasking skills: Must be able to handle multiple reports, data sets, and tasks simultaneously.

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.

Ability to work well under pressure while providing exceptional customer service.

Enjoys working with a diverse range of managers and team members – flexibility and positive attitude are optimal.

Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.

Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a “Team Player” attitude.
