Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance in real estate transactions
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Provide accurate information regarding property listings, pricing, and services
- Assist clients in scheduling property viewings and consultations with agents
- Manage and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Collaborate with real estate agents to facilitate a smooth transaction process
- Keep abreast of industry trends and local market conditions to offer informed advice to clients
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Familiarity with real estate processes and terminology is a plus
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite
