Virtual Appointment Setter

Ecosure Insurance is seeking a motivated and dynamic Virtual Appointment Setter to join our remote team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our business forward by connecting with potential clients and setting up appointments for our insurance agents. As a Virtual Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for initial outreach, engaging prospective clients, and ensuring that they have a seamless experience in scheduling meetings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential clients to schedule appointments for insurance consultations.
• Maintain and update the lead database with accurate contact information and appointment statuses.
• Follow up with leads to ensure they have received necessary information and to confirm appointments.
• Utilize various communication tools and platforms effectively for outreach and client engagement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand the best approaches for reaching different client segments.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for improving appointment-setting processes.
• Track and report on key performance metrics, including call volume and appointment conversion rates.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in customer service or sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a persuasive and engaging phone demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage a busy appointment schedule.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and appointment scheduling tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a desire to meet and exceed performance goals.
