IT Support Services - Intern

Aretum is excited to offer an internship opportunity for an IT Support Services Intern. As an intern at Aretum, you will gain hands-on experience in the technology sector, working closely with our IT support team to provide exceptional service to our clients. This position is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to develop their skills in IT support and customer service.

Responsibilities

Hardware & Inventory Management

• Assist in shipping and receiving laptops and other IT equipment.
• Track and update inventory lists to ensure accurate records.
• Help maintain logs of assigned and returned devices.

IT Documentation Support

• Format and organize IT policies, guidelines, and SOPs.
• Ensure documents are properly labeled and stored.

General IT Assistance

• Support the IT team with basic administrative tasks.
• Install windows updates
• Help maintain IT records and lists.
• Help with Windows update

Requirements

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a degree program (IT or related field preferred but not required).
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Good organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
