Responsibilities:

• Assist in installing HVAC systems, including ductwork, pipes, wiring, and other components.
• Assist with the positioning and mounting of HVAC equipment and units.
• Help with the assembly and installation of air handlers, condensers, furnaces, and other system components.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Learn to handle tools and equipment safely and responsibly.
• Understand and implement proper disposal practices for refrigerants and other hazardous materials.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project updates and issues encountered.

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic, eager to learn, and a "can do" attitude
• Your own tools to start
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in the HVAC industry.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and principles.
• Ability to work well in a team environment in all weather and environmental conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
