Job Description

• As the E-Commerce Store Manager, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and managing our online store.
• Work closely with our leadership team to create a seamless and engaging shopping experience for our customers.
• Lead the end-to-end process of setting up our e-commerce platform, including site structure, design, and product catalog.
• Organize, categorize, and optimize product listings for SEO, descriptions, and high-quality images.
• Recommend and implement the best e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and integrate necessary tools.
• Create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
• Ensure a smooth and intuitive user experience, manage customer inquiries, and optimize checkout and payment processes.
• Work with suppliers and internal teams to manage stock levels, shipping, and fulfillment processes.
• Monitor website traffic, sales data, and conversion rates, using insights to improve store performance.
• Stay up to date with e-commerce trends, competitor strategies, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and SEO practices.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and metrics to track performance and optimize strategies.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
