Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Programmer Analyst 4 to join our IT department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing build, deployment, and monitoring standards within a SOM ADO environment. This role involves developing end-to-end automation for deployment, monitoring, and integration as part of Agile development teams, focusing on enhancing system efficiency and ensuring secure and efficient CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements
- Define and implement build, deployment, and monitoring standards to support CI/CD tools using Agile methodology.
- Deliver end-to-end automation of deployment and monitoring processes.
- Develop custom scripts to increase system efficiency and reduce human intervention time on tasks.
- Build and configure delivery environments supporting continuous integration and continuous delivery.
- Develop, document, and implement a CI/CD strategy.
- Contribute to the design of information and operational support systems.
- Create scripts and templates to automate tasks and ensure automated security checks within the CI/CD pipeline.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 2+ years' experience in performing secure code reviews for web and mobile applications.
- Proven track record in deploying and monitoring web applications.
- Strong experience with secure development practices (familiarity with OWASP Top 10).
- Experience with systems reliability, load balancing, monitoring, and logging.
- Extensive experience with fully-automated CI/CD pipelines, from code commits to production.
- Experience in administering and performance tuning application stacks such as .NET and .NET Core.
- Proficiency in scripting, particularly PowerShell.
- Thorough knowledge of networking technologies, OSI network layers, and TCP/IP.
- Deep understanding of build/release tools and methodologies in CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of full DevSecOps pipeline, Agile methodology, container security, APIs, and microservices.
