Social worker -LCSW

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical social work services to individuals, families, and groups facing various mental health and emotional challenges.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' needs.
• Offer psychotherapy and counseling utilizing evidence-based practices in individual, family, and group settings.
• Advocate for clients to access necessary social services, community resources, and support systems.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies, utilizing de-escalation techniques as needed.
• Stay current with best practices in social work and relevant community resources.
• Participate in supervision and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state.

At least 2 years Acute Care Management experience.

Previous experience in large academic Medical Center hospital/Level 1 trauma center is required
