Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding travel services, attractions, shows, and accommodations in Branson.
• Assist customers with bookings, reservations, and ticketing.
• Provide customers with savings opportunities using promotional programs.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
