Customer Service Representative

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and complaints. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional customer service and resolving any inquiries or issues they may have. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm with irate customers and have experience working with computers.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
• Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
