Aspire Funding Platform, a Premium Merchant Funding sister company, is a dynamic finance company seeking a motivated Accounting Associate to join our team. This is a great opportunity for an entry-level candidate eager to start a career in finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process ACH and wire transfers, ensuring all information is accurate.
- Match contract details with funding templates to maintain accuracy.
- Communicate with ISOs regarding clawbacks, missed payments, and commission disbursements.
- Maintain and update our pipeline and deal tracking platform.
Qualifications:
- Background in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
