SkyCare ABA is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team. As the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization, ensuring financial health, transparency, and sustainability while enabling us to fulfill our mission of providing high-quality applied behavior analysis services to children and families. Your role will involve developing financial strategies, managing budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing analytical insights that inform organizational decision-making. You will collaborate closely with the CEO and other executives to drive strategic initiatives, improve operational efficiencies, and guide the financial planning necessary for continued growth and expansion. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the organization’s goals and mission.
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and audits.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards to promote transparency and ethical practices.
- Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team and board of directors.
- Manage cash flow, investment strategies, and financial planning to ensure organizational sustainability.
- Collaborate with departmental leaders to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial performance.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and professional development.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
- 10+ years of financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within healthcare or related sectors.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and healthcare financial management.
- Demonstrated ability to develop financial strategies that drive organizational growth and sustainability.
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in financial forecasting and budgeting.
- Outstanding leadership and team management skills, with a focus on mentoring and development.
- Excellent communication skills, able to clearly present complex financial information to stakeholders.
