Onsite Property Manager

Taylor Management is looking for an enthusiastic and professional Onsite Property Manager to join our dynamic team. The Onsite Property Manager will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of residential properties, ensuring a positive living experience for all residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the property, including maintenance, communications, and administrative tasks.
• Oversee property maintenance and repairs, including coordinating with vendors and contractors.
• Respond to resident inquiries, concerns, and requests while providing excellent customer service.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and community guidelines.
• Assist in budgeting and financial reporting, monitoring all property-related expenses.
• Implement and enforce community policies and regulations in collaboration with the homeowners association.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Onsite Property Manager or in a similar property management role.
• Strong understanding of property management laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with tenants and vendors.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Customer service focus with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
