Full-Time Physical Therapist

We’re seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our Orthopedic Outpatient Office in Closter, NJ. In this role, you’ll evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic conditions, providing personalized therapy programs to support their recovery and improve functional independence.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year, plus full benefits
Patient Volume: 2 patients an hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate patients’ physical capabilities and limitations using standardized tools.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on achieving patients’ functional goals.
• Provide care for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiovascular conditions.
• Apply advanced manual therapy techniques, exercise programs, and patient education to support recovery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, high-quality care.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active New Jersey State Physical Therapist license.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
• Strong manual therapy skills and familiarity with EMR software (WebPT preferred).
