Full-Time Physical Therapist Needed for Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic in New Jersey

Position Details:

• Work Hours: Monday to Friday (9 am - 5 pm, 3 short days and 2 long days)
• Compensation: $90K - $120K annually

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and create tailored treatment plans.
• Manage a caseload with efficiency, dedicating time to one patient per hour.
• Provide evidence-based interventions and manual therapy techniques.
• Reduce the reliance on medications by offering alternatives to surgery.
• Develop personalized fitness and wellness regimens.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to optimize patient care.
• Track and document patient progress accurately.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in outpatient or orthopedic settings.
• Proficient with EMR systems such as WebPT.
