Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Service Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Coordinate workload assignments to maintain smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor service schedules and assist in organizing appointments or follow-ups with customers.
  • Help manage inventory levels, track usage, and facilitate monthly audits.
  • Support training of new team members to ensure they provide top-notch customer experiences.
  • Assist in general store tasks, such as opening/closing, resolving POS issues, and participating in staff meetings.
  • Address and escalate any customer-related concerns to the Service Manager promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and communication.
