Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care as part of a collaborative hospitalist team
• Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with physicians
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions in a hospital setting
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and industry regulations

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
• Active New York State Nurse Practitioner License
• Experience in Hospital Medicine preferred
