We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Management Lead to help drive Oura’s growing retail business in North America. As the Program Management Retail lead, you will manage a portfolio of retail launches and their respective run the business requirements. Your strategic mindset, exceptional leadership abilities, and cross-functional communication skills will be vital to drive the success of our retail business. 

What you will do:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to support retail programs, aligning with the organization's objectives and long-term vision.
  • Oversee all aspects of program launches including roadmap management, project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of international programs.
  • Identify and assess potential risks and challenges associated with your programs and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
  • Work with our head of Retail, North America to strategically support retail run the business and expansion opportunities
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients, serving as the main point of contact for program-related matters.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of owned programs, tracking key metrics and providing regular reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing streamlined processes and tools to optimize program management efficiency.

Requirements

We would love to have you on our team if you have:

  • 8-10 years of proven experience in international program management, including successful oversight of complex projects across multiple countries and cultures
  • Deep retail expertise  - account management, channel marketing, retail execution, and/or retail digital marketing
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving project goals and objectives
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Solid understanding of global business dynamics, geopolitical trends, and cultural nuances, with experience working in international settings
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, preferably experience working in JIRA, Confluence, Slack, and Google Docs
  • Willingness to travel as required to oversee program operations, build relationships, and represent the organization

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions.
