As a Parts Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate invoicing of our service customers. This involves collaborating closely with our parts and service teams to ensure seamless billing processes and optimal revenue capture. You will also be the primary point of contact for customer billing inquiries, requiring strong communication skills and a dedication to resolving issues efficiently and effectively. A key component of this role is mastering our accounting software (D365) to streamline operations and maintain data integrity. We value proactive individuals who can identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to a culture of continuous enhancement.

Suitable candidates will have:

• Demonstrated commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Proven ability to problem-solve and resolve issues effectively.
• Experience with accounting software and CRM systems (D365 experience is a plus).

Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $55,000.00 and $65,000.00 annually.
