Treatment Coordinator

Preferred Search Group is partnering with a top-rated dental practice in the Lake Norman area to find a Dental Treatment Coordinator The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology and at least 2 years experience as a dental assistant and/or front office experience in a dental office. This position requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of infection control and patient confidentiality.

Working hours:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 7:30a-5p

Wednesday 7:30a-3p

Some Fridays (about once per quarter)

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process.
• Answer phones in a professional manner
• Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar efficiently.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Presents and coordinates treatment plans with a level of professionalism and expertise
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dental office, adhering to infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with the dental team to enhance patient care and office efficiency.

Requirements

• Previous experience presenting treatment in a fee-for-service office, highly preferred
• Experience as a dental assistant, preferred
• Proficiency with Eaglesoft, preferred
• Knowledge of front office dental functions
• High school diploma
