Position Title: Assistant Property Manager

Overview: The Assistant Property Manager is a key member of our property management team at Banyan Living, dedicated to overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential properties. This role involves assisting in property leasing, maintaining strong resident relationships, and ensuring a high standard of property management.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in leasing apartments by conducting tours, processing applications, and managing resident move-ins.
• Maintain positive resident relations by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
• Support the Property Manager with administrative tasks, including rent collection, record keeping, and financial reporting using Yardi Voyager.
• Participate in marketing initiatives to attract potential residents and maintain occupancy rates.
• Assist in maintaining the property's curb appeal and managing maintenance requests.
• Participate in community events and assist in planning resident activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of customer service or property management experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A positive attitude and professional demeanor.
