As a Customer Service Agent, you will engage with customers via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring they receive thorough assistance and clear information.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers in understanding their insurance policies and coverage options.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the root cause and providing appropriate solutions.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our customer relationship management system.
- Collaborate with claims and underwriting departments to facilitate smooth processes for customers.
- Educate customers about our eco-friendly insurance options and initiatives that align with their values.
- Continuously seek opportunities for improving the customer experience by gathering feedback and suggesting enhancements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or similar roles, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to learn about the insurance products and industry best practices.
