Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional sales and customer service support to our client, outside sales team and factory partners. They are a key component in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining a strong positive relationship with our customer base. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls efficiently.
• Assist clients with general inquiries regarding programs, stock availability, item details, etc.
• Price check and submission of purchase orders into our factory partners
• Keep detailed record of order submissions via our CSR system
• Provide feedback regarding estimated ship dates and tracking
• Assist with quotation requests
• Work with factory partners, utilizing problem solving skills to manage high level customer inquiries.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
