We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, reviewing insurance product options and connecting them with our licensed agents.

What You’ll Do

• Outbound Calling: Make 200+ outbound calls daily to introduce products and services.
• Customer Engagement: Utilize relationship-building techniques to engage potential customers effectively.
• Product Knowledge: Continuously expand your understanding of our offerings to expertly address customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions.
• Quote Generation & Transfer: Highlight the value of working with licensed agents to drive quote requests and seamlessly transfer qualified leads.
• Quota Achievement: Meet or exceed daily call quotas while ensuring high-quality, positive interactions with customers.

What We’re Looking For

• Relevant Experience: Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, call center or lead generation.
• Persuasive Communication: Strong verbal skills to engage prospects and drive interest.
• Team Player: Work independently while collaborating with sales teams to drive lead conversions.
• Customer Engagement: Establish rapport with potential clients to facilitate smooth and successful call transfers.
• Objection Handling: Ability to confidently address concerns and persuade prospects to proceed with a quote.
• Resilience & Adaptability: Maintain a positive and goal-driven attitude while handling objections and rejections.
• On-Site Availability: Must reside within commuting distance of 471 E Broad St #1300, Columbus, OH 43215.
