Job Title: E-commerce Generalist

Location: Remote

Work Shift: Malta Timezone (4-hour overlap)

Working Hours: 20 hours/week (Part-time, with potential to go full-time as the company grows)

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

As our E-Commerce Generalist, you’ll be at the core of our operations, ensuring that inventory planning, logistics, and our Shopify store run like a well-oiled machine. You’ll have a direct impact on scaling our business while optimizing supply chain processes and keeping customers happy.

• Forecast and manage inventory levels across multiple markets and ensure stock is always aligned with demand.

• Coordinate with suppliers and warehouses to ensure seamless stock movement and minimal delays.

• Oversee logistics & fulfillment, working with shipping partners to ensure smooth and cost-efficient delivery.

• Manage & optimize our Shopify store – from product listings and navigation to payment processing and order fulfillment.

• Lead process automation – use AI tools and no-code platforms to eliminate manual work and increase efficiency.

• Own internal communication – be the bridge between teams, vendors, and partners to maintain operational excellence.

• Optimize supply chain costs – identify ways to reduce shipping and warehousing expenses without compromising service.

• Solve problems before they happen – analyze workflows and suggest improvements to keep operations lean and scalable.

Requirements
