Caregiver (Bensalem)

Citadel Home Care is a premier provider of home care services in the Huntington Valley area. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver to join our team and provide exceptional care to our clients. The successful candidate will have a strong desire to help others and will be responsible for providing a range of personal care services to clients in the comfort of their own homes.

As a Caregiver with Citadel Home Care, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. You will work closely with each individual to develop a care plan that meets their unique needs and preferences. Your responsibilities will include assisting with activities of daily living, administering medication, and ensuring that our clients are comfortable and safe at all times.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Administer medication and monitor vital signs as directed by medical professionals
• Assist with mobility and transfer clients as necessary
• Prepare meals and provide assistance with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry and dishes
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Record and report any changes in client’s health or behavior to supervisor

Requirements

• Previous experience providing personal care to seniors and/or individuals with disabilities
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and families
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation
• Able to lift and transfer clients safely
• Must pass a criminal background check
