Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.

- Maintain records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes.
- Assist in training new customer service staff.
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features of products.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings or weekends if required.
